Tai Snaith

Tai Snaith is an artist, author and broadcaster. With 6 titles published by Thames and Hudson Australia and 4 independently published artist books, her most recent title is 'Wonders Under the sun' sees Tai select, draw and creatively group all of her favourite diurnal (daytime) creatures. Tai's children's books aim to draw attention to the beauty and complexity of of the natural world and its animals, at the same time as bring awareness to issues of habitat destruction and protection. Tai also has an ongoing podcast project called 'A World of One's Own' originally commissioned by ACCA and now in its 3rd season. Tai's first public sculpture was recently completed for the Great Victorian Rail Trail in Merton, Victoria.
